H and P with Update

Edward Cullen, 30 year old Caucasian male, admission day 3 with a h/o of chronic pancreatitis secondary to hypertriglyceridemia, Type I DM, chronic anemia and chronic depression. He has a pancreatic stent with leaking at the stent site per abdominal imaging. He presents with epigastric pain, intermittent nausea, denies vomiting. His DM is poorly controlled with reports of unusual eating habits. He is AOOx3 however is sleepy during the day and more awake for the night shift. His chronic depression is reported to improve at night and is controlled with medication. An ERCP has been ordered to assess the leaking stent and CT of the abdomen due to occult blood in the stool. Labs were sent this AM to access his chronic anemia. To date, no blood transfusions have been ordered.
